Accuracy class: For SD-L96, SD-L80 and SD-L72, the accuracy class is 1.5.
For SD-L48, the accuracy class is 2.5.
For through current: 50mA 100mA 200mA 300mA 500mA 1A 2A 3A 5A 10A 15A 20A. The up limit of through current for SD-L48A is 15A.
For transformation ratio: The meters should be used with a current transformer of which primary current is 10A 15A 20A 25A 30A 40A 50A 60A 75A 10…10KA and external secondary current 1A or 5A. As long as overload rate and the incoming current keep the same, dial scales of all models in this series can be exchanged yet remain the accuracy.
Overload rate of ammeters: ①non-overload ②1.2 times ③2 times
For through voltage: 30V 50V 100V 150V 200V 300V 400V 450V 500V 600V. The up limit of through voltage for SD-L48V is 500V.
For transformation ratio: The meters should be used with a voltage transformer of which primary voltage is 400V 450V 500V 600V 1000V 1500V 2000V 3000V 500…450KV and external secondary voltage 100V.
Overload rate of voltmeters: ①non-overload ②1.2 times
Product performance: All the meters are equipped with pure white silk-screen printing dial scale. The movement is the one universally used in magneto-electrical meters. The case is made of oridinary ABS plastics or flame retardant ABS plastics, of which the resistant temperature can be up to 85℃. The base is made of PC plastics or flame retardant PC plastics, of which the resistant temperature can be up to 120℃. The resistant voltage is higher than 2000V. This kind of meter is easy to install which high-strengthen plastic grip piece by screwing down the nut so that the meter is of high immobility.
Principles of measurement and the fearures: Each moving coil instruments with rectifier meter consists of a series of rectifying devices and s series of magneto-electrical meter headers. After AC converts into DC by the rectifying devices, the principle of measurement is the same as that of magneto-electrical meters. A rectifier meter is a magneto-electrical meter with a series of rectifying devices, which is mainly used for meters indicated by average value of sinusoidal wave in AC circuit. The advantages are high accuracy, low power consumption and the uniform scale, as well as insensitivity to temperature and external magnetic field, while the disadvantages are low overload capacity and poor frequency suitability. Frequency should be marked out in ordering.
