Product performance: All the meters are equipped with pure white silk-screen printing dial scale. Transmission gear in the movement is made of fine-processed wear-resistant POM plastics so that it is vibration-resistant and heat-resistant. The case is made of oridinary ABS plastics or flame retardant ABS plastics, of which the resistant temperature can be up to 85℃. The base is made of PC plastics or flame retardant PC plastics, of which the resistant temperature can be up to 120℃. The resistant voltage is higher than 2000V. This kind of meter is easy to install which high-strengthen plastic grip piece by screwing down the nut so that the meter is of high immobility.
Principles of measurement and the fearures: Each accumulative time meter consist of a miccroprocessor, a transmission gear and a count header. When current flows through circuit, the standard pulse signal outputted by the microprocessor makes the magnetic gear move, which is to be accumulated by the counters.Accumulative time meters are widely used for accumulative actual working-hour charge of mechanical equipments and can provide scientific proof of examination maintenance cycle of tracking surveillance precise instrument. The advantages are high accuracy and performance stability, longevity, and adaptation to the conditions, while the disadvantage is poor frequency adaptation. Frequency of AC voltage should be marked out in ordering.
